Yemo Fashola is a business strategy consultant with Decision Strategies, Inc. He has consulted with companies across several industries, both in Europe and the United States. The broad theme of his consulting work centers around helping client organizations profit from change, sustain profitable growth and manage risks and portfolios—through improved effectiveness in decision making, strategy formulation and implementation.
He holds an engineering Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from IMD, the European Business School located in Lausanne, Switzerland. Earlier on, Dr. Fashola was engaged in Space Shuttle Main Engine-related fluid flow research at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, Alabama. More recently, the focus of his work has moved away from fluid flow to other types of flows—materials, information and cash. |
